Happy thanksgiven to all and make sure to get a good workout in before stuffing your faces with turkey, sides, and desserts. I have been working the past few days on restructuring the blog and will be launching it very soon. Below is the workout I just completed;
Part 1:
with a 100lb sandbag on my back I walked 1/2 mile, counting steps. Every 20 steps I would perform 10 squats.
Part 2:
Farmers Walk 70lb KB for another 1/2 mile
