Protein Poppers

I got this idea off an article on one of my MMA websites. One of the major MMA managers was doing a blog about two of his fighters preparing for upcoming UFC bouts. In the article he was talking about "protein poppers," which in non-meathead terms are turkey meatballs. These are vary convenient and can be eating warm or cold.














Pre-Cooked protein poppers. This is made up of 2 lbs of 93% lean ground turkey, 1 egg, and spices. Each ball is weighed out individually to 2 oz.















The finished product after baking at 325 for 15-20 min. Each 2 oz protein popper is made up off 10g of protein/ 0g of carbs/ 5 grams of fat/ and 88 kcal, perfect for immediate meals and/or snacks. Very simple but extremely effective in helping accelerate that weight loss. Try them out and drop a comment below.
