Memorial Weekend Workout



The Complete workout looked like this:
1a)Mixed Grip Pull Up x sub max
1b) Handstand Push Up x sub max
2)Kettlebell Chest Press with Stability Ball X 2 sets max reps(20/18)72 lb KB
3) 1 arm KB Snatch and Press x 5/5 x 3 sets without setting bell down
4 Tabata Style Battiling Ropes

The videos of the KB press and Snatch/Press did not work but the rest of the workout is in the video!
